 | | | | | | The Castle Inn is a traditional family-run 16th Century thatched free house pub and hotel with an extensive food menu (available until 10pm every night) and regularly changing local real ales and ciders, near the beautiful Lulworth Cove & Durdle Door of the Jurassic Coastline and surrounded by the Isle of Purbeck countryside. The Castle Inn has been run by the Halliday family for nearly 27 years, over three generations.
We are very "dog friendly" both in the pub and hotel, and we are gaining a great reputation for our high level of care for guests visiting with dogs. Dogs, which can stay for free, are allowed into the bedrooms, and of course throughout the public areas.
We are renowned for the quality (and quantity!) of our bar meals, which are all locally-sourced and home made where possible! We offer a wide range of dishes and there should be something suitable for everyone! We also have a great reputation for our selection of Real Ales, which are chosen from local breweries and quality guest breweries.
We are only a short walk to Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door, which makes our bedrooms a great place to stay whilst enjoying the area. We are ideally placed for a countless number of walks, through wonderful countryside and along the magnificent South West Coastal Path. |
