Precious Pooches offers a solution to this problem a home from home experience for your best friend. Our boarding house is just that, not a kennel! Your best friend will stay at all times with us in our home in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Enjoying the benefits of regular walkies in the park or to the beach which is located only 7 miles from our home.
We have on several occasions had to kennel our beloved dogs and although kennels serve a purpose they do not offer that feeling of home, all those creature comforts our spoilt pooches are used to i.e.; carpets and sofas. When they returned home they always seemed stressed and it took a few days for them to adjust back into family life. This is not really surprising as being in a cage with only a small run is very alien to them. This is why we started Precious Pooches to give your dogs a holiday too! After all why should us humans have all the fun.
We live in a farm house surrounded by farming land, we have a safe and secure garden where your dog can explore, there is no main road, so you can be safe in the knowledge that no harm can come to them.
We are very much a family business and take pride in the fact that we really understand dogs and are certainly what you would call 'doggie people' . Our busines is run by dog lovers for dog lovers.

We are very proud to announce "The Grand Opening" of our new Pampering Parlour, Dog grooming of the highest standard.
We belive dogs should enjoy the grooming experience and we deliver just that. The basic hygenine cut consists of: paws,claws,eyes,ears and anal glands,first and foremost,
not to mention a lot of brushing,combing,detangling and cuddles before we even start to cut hair.
The bathing should be gentle and kind as well, so we use only the best shampoo and conditioning products. We include a nice massage during bathing to relax and calm your best friend before we get out the clippers. We want our clients to relish the prospect of returning for a pampering session. Also we want their "stick throwers" who entrust their precious pooch with us to know their best friend is in the safest of hands |
